What the Diagnostic Measures

• Reading and listening comprehension signals from task-based questions.
• Writing quality signals aligned to adequacao contextual, adequacao discursiva, and adequacao linguistica.
• Genre and register awareness relevant to communicative tasks.
• A self-assessment checkpoint used as a lighter weighting signal, not as the sole driver of the result.

How AI Scoring Is Used

AI scoring is used only for the written-response portions of the diagnostic. The prompts are structured around the official CELPE-Bras dimensions, but the output remains an estimate. The AI is there to provide fast feedback and directional placement, not to replace certified human evaluation.

Where This Differs from the Official Exam

• The quiz is shorter than the real exam.
• The quiz does not include the full oral interview process.
• The official exam evaluates broader performance under real test conditions.
• The diagnostic is optimized for fast placement insight, not official certification decisions.

How to Use the Result

Use the score to decide what to study next, whether you are close to the level you need, and whether you should verify your assumptions with official past tasks or a teacher. Do not use the result as proof of certification for work, immigration, or university decisions.
